However, for students in the University Honors Program, and students majoring in the engineering and the fine arts (music, art, theatre, and dance), the UAC will provide specialized academic advising due mainly to the specific and rigorous academic demands of those programs. The UAC also provides students interested in the pre-health and prelaw programs with specialized pre-professional advising, which supplements the one-on-one relationship each student develops with his or her assigned advisor.
