Blake A. Bailey has spent more than 35 years helping clients resolve complex commercial disputes in state courts, federal courts, and before arbitration panels throughout Texas and many other jurisdictions. His clients range from internation aerospace and manufacturing companies to privately held companies and individuals. Mr. Bailey has represented clients in a broad range of matters including contracts, director and officer liability, professional liability, franchise and distributor disputes, civil and criminal antitrust, civil RICO, deceptive trade practices, trademark infringement, non-compete agreements, business torts, protecting trade secrets, and employment disputes.

Mr. Bailey also serves as faculty for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.
